1969 performance on German television of the Joint melody, the band Rick Davies belonged to before founding Supertramp with Roger Hodgson. The musicians accompanying Rick are guitarist Trevor Williams, drummer Keith Bailey and bassist Steve Brass. The songs performed, in addition to “Joint Melody” which plays over the opening and closing credits, are “Runman Gunman”, “Hardy Willum”, “1953”, “On the other side” and “Turnstyle”. Also featured is Gilbert O'Sullivan, a great friend of the band, playing some of their songs on piano.
